Terms and Conditions for the Daily Giveaway by SINE LEGE FILM GmbH at Annecy MIFA 2026

1. Organizer The giveaway is organized by SINE LEGE FILM GmbH, Palffygasse 6/4, 1170 Vienna, Austria (Company Reg. No. FN 399168m, Commercial Court Vienna).

2. Eligibility The giveaway is open to all visitors of the Annecy MIFA festival who are at least 18 years old. Employees of SINE LEGE FILM GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. Entry is free of charge.

3. Giveaway Period & Mechanism The giveaway takes place daily from Tuesday, June 23, 2026, to Thursday, June 25, 2026.

  • The daily entry window is open from 09:00 to 18:00 (daily deadline).
  • To enter, participants must answer all questions correctly and submit a valid email address.

4. Prize, Notification & Pickup

  • The daily prize is a hammock. The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash. No warranty, invoice, or other claims apply to the prize.
  • The winner will be notified by email on the day of their entry by 19:00.
  • The prize must be picked up the following day by 12:30 at our festival booth E.10. If the prize is not picked up by 12:30, the claim expires, and the next runner-up will be notified.

5. Legal Recourse The judges' decision is final, and no legal recourse or correspondence will be entered into.

Privacy Notice By entering this giveaway, you consent to SINE LEGE FILM GmbH processing and using your email address and name for the purpose of conducting the giveaway (determining and notifying the winner) as well as for sending you updates, news, and information about our upcoming projects and events. You can withdraw your consent for marketing communications at any time with future effect by emailing [email protected].

Your data will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

1. Veranstalter Das Gewinnspiel wird durchgeführt von der SINE LEGE FILM GmbH, Palffygasse 6/4, 1170 Wien, Österreich (FN 399168m, Handelsgericht Wien).

2. Teilnahmeberechtigung Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle Besucher des Festivals Annecy MIFA, die mindestens 18 Jahre alt sind. Mitarbeiter der SINE LEGE FILM GmbH sowie deren Angehörige sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen. Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos.

3. Gewinnspielzeitraum & Ablauf Das Gewinnspiel findet täglich von Dienstag, 23. Juni 2026, bis Donnerstag, 25. Juni 2026, statt.

  • Das Gewinnspiel öffnet täglich um 09:00 Uhr und endet um 18:00 Uhr (Einsendeschluss).
  • Um teilzunehmen, müssen alle Fragen korrekt beantwortet und eine gültige E-Mail-Adresse angegeben werden.

4. Gewinn, Benachrichtigung & Abholung

  • Der tägliche Gewinn ist eine Hängematte. Eine Barauszahlung, Änderung oder ein Umtausch des Gewinns ist ausgeschlossen. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf Garantie, Rechnung oder sonstige Gewährleistungsansprüche.
  • Der Gewinner wird am Tag der Teilnahme bis spätestens 19:00 Uhr per E-Mail benachrichtigt.
  • Der Gewinn muss am Folgetag bis spätestens 12:30 Uhr am Festivalstand E.10 abgeholt werden. Wird der Preis nicht rechtzeitig bis 12:30 Uhr abgeholt, verfällt der Anspruch und es wird umgehend ein Ersatzgewinner ermittelt und informiert.

5. Rechtsweg Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.
